I remember my first pig roast on a lake in Mississippi and I thought, one day, I am going to have my very own pig roast. I am sort of a do-it-yourselfer so I always try to find ways to build my own but I like a good set of plans and I went looking for a good set of pig roaster plans. Of course, there is a website with pig roaster plans. Twelve hours slow cooked over a spit. I really do not know if there is anything better.
