Overview of the course

This course helps you in learning the various techniques and procedures for using the semi closed re-breather system. The salient points of the course are:

• Emphasis on the usage of Draeger Semi-closed Rebreather. The course teaches you the techniques in maintainence and the proper safety measures to be taken while using this system. The features of the system along with the accessories used are explained in detail
• The merits and the de-merits of using the re-breather system
• Proper planning of dives and the emergency procedures related to semi closed re-breather
• Proper maintenance of the system along with tips for assembling and de-assembling the re-breather

Course Requirements:

To enroll in this course you must have an 'Advanced open water' diver certificate along with an open water diver certificate. You also must have a minimum of 10 logged dives. Enriched air diver certificate is also a necessity.
